This story still carries an interesting degree of irony for me, but I agree that our bodies and nature are miracles.<br/><br/>It's interesting how those afflicted know no different, good to hear your daughter handles her diabetes well, i.e. no crazy complications. Lewis that the fact that corn grows is also a miracle ... just our human side needs it to be something outside the ordinary time or space.<br/><br/>God is definitely at work, sovereign and poweerful. You know where I see him most though? In the hard things. The things that don't go quite right. <br/><br/>My daughter has diabetes, at first we were shocked and dismayed, then we came to grips. But my daughter knows no difference. She has diabetes and believes it is every bit a part of her as her hair color. That's a place I've seen God at work.
